It all seems to be in the hands of Mother Nature. Winds too strong. Winds too light. And Sat., Sept. 21 – winds coming from the wrong direction. With fans hoping for Race 14 to be allowed as the skies cleared, the winds still were not right as the clock crept up to the 2:40pm time limit. Bound by the rules, the race committee postponed the race until Sun., Sept. 22. Sunday is projected to be a great (normal) day for sailing and conditions should allow for two races should ORACLE win the first race Sunday.
