The Experience:

Elevate Your Wellness!

It’s time for self-care for you. What does that look like? At Malaya Botanicals the search for self-care starts with the physical being. It’s hard to focus when you’re not relaxed emotionally, physically or mentally. If you address the root cause of your physical symptoms, your mind and hearts also began to open up. ⠀

Malaya Botanicals offers premium CBD products to support your healing and well-being. These are clean and effective wellness products formulated with the knowledge and mindfulness of experienced professionals. There’s a 15% discount online and in store until the end of the day March 3.

“As a proudly woman-owned and operated company, self-care means a lot to us,” says owner Pia Barton “We created Malaya specifically to empower more women to embrace the healing properties of CBD and empower us all to take charge of our health, wellness, and Malaya (freedom). Here’s to empowering the next generation of women and to being our best selves.”

The Experience, Alameda: Almanac Beer Co. Dogs

The Experience:

Puppies + Beer!

What could be better? Come find your perfect furry Valentine at the mobile canine adoption event the first weekend in February!

Sat, Feb 4 and Sun, Feb 5:  12 – 4pm.

Almanac Beer Co. invites everyone to come down to the taproom and beer garden to hang with their friends (2 legged and 4 legged) from Friends of Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS).

As you have been hearing on the news, Bay Area shelters are at capacity. And these dogs need you. You can give the gift of ‘forever home’ and gain the love and companionship of your new furry friend.

Bring your friends and help Almanac help FAAS clear their shelter with this two-day adoption event. Dogs of all ages, puppies and most importantly (especially if you are only in the mood for a flirt): a doggy kissing booth!

Meanwhile kick back with a pint or two and enjoy tasty bites from Scolari’s Good Eats and other food tucks. And then…get yourself the best kind of Valentine.
