The Experience:
Ready for comfort food in a beautiful setting?
You will feel right at home here. At Uchiwa Ramen, they treat you as if you were a guest in their own home, and in their home, they make everything from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
A bowl of ramen evokes feelings of comfort, simplicity, and warmth, and they’ve made it their mission to spread that wonderful feeling by sharing their favorite traditional and new styles of ramen. And the folks at Uchiwa Ramen are just as passionate about giving back to their community as we are about serving you delicious ramen, so they donate to local schools.
Prepare for a culinary journey through Chinese and Japanese comfort food in this warm setting upstairs at Bay St in the Bay Break dining terrace.
You will be intrigued by the variety of ramen all made with fresh ingredients. Vegan? Try their Vegan Shio (Light Veggie Broth) – Gluten Free Ramen Noodles, Tofu, Bean Sprouts, Bok Choy, Mushroom, Green Onions, Bamboo Shoots, contains no animal products.
