RFMA is dedicated to creating a sustainable platform for small farmers, independent food producers and artisans to sell their products directly to us. The Experience: Fantastic Negrito launches Summer Concerts! It's finally here! Friday, June 28th, Pt Richmond Music's Summer Concert season opens with Fantastic Negrito, winner of three consecutive GRAMMYs for Best Contemporary Blues Album. Fantastic Negrito is an internationally known musical artist who has toured with everyone from Sturgill Simpson to Chris Cornell, collaborated with the likes of Sting and E-40, and performed at nearly every major festival on the map, but never before for Point Richmond Music…until now! You won't want to miss this show, which kicks off at 5:30pm. Please note that parking downtown is very limited. Carpooling, public transportation, biking or walking is highly recommended. Pam DeWitt, Point Richmond Music, wants to alert the business community that that there will be street closures for both Park Place and Washington Avenue from 2 PM until 9 PM.

The Experience: What are you doing on July 3rd? The Richmond Fireworks take place in Riggers Loft’s backyard on Wednesday, July 3rd. Join them on their patio at the back of the winery – the harvest crush pad area – where the food tents and games will be set up. Fireworks are launched right off the back of the winery from a barge in the estuary. Bring your beach chairs and blankets and set up your picnic area for eating, drinking and the fantastic light show! And lucky you - the Zydeco King is back! Fireworks start at 9pm. Doors open at 6pm. The Experience: It's all about the Prawns! Step into this warm and inviting Mexican restaurant with Jalisco inspired recipes and begin your Prawn journey. For an appetizer, start with the Tequila Prawns - Tequila-seared prawns, grilled corn, garlic, jalapeños, served on a sizzling skillet. Order their namesake salad! This Agave Salad is made with mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, corn, black beans, tortilla strips and Prawns paired with their sweet Agave Vinaigrette, Ranch or Cesar dressing. Next, make it Prawn Tacos - Seared prawns topped with lettuce, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli. Or try the Sizzling Prawn Fajitas.
