Assemble Marketplace is launching its Chef and Wine series where they will pair one chef with one winery at each dinner. The first dinner is happening next week.

Other News: Assemble Restaurant is now open For Brunch on Sundays starting March 6. Breeze owners Heather Mervine and Hector Hernandez are in the kitchen cooking up your favorites. Think Alvarado Chorizo Egg Torta, Banana Kahlua French Toast, Gluten Free Pancakes or the Brezo Burger.

Assemble is currently open Wednesday-Friday 11am-2:30pm followed by Happy Hour at the Riveter Bar from 3-7pm. Open for Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 2pm.
