Music: Speakeasy Ray is a DJ/producer of downtempo, midtempo, ambient house & remixes. Exotica to electronica. Spinning since ’89 and member of various SF Bay Area DJ crews, Ray is also lead singer/songwriter for his indie pop band, Hope Chest..

About The Trader
Decades ahead of his time, Vic “The Trader” Bergeron chose to offer Chinese dishes alongside the then-contemporary Continental cuisine, creating the original fusion menu.
