Wine Tasting Takes Flight Again!

You can now explore many different styles of wine made by independent wineries who share the historic Riggers Loft on the edge of San Francisco Bay in Point Richmond – flights on the water.

Discover these artisan wineries & cidery at Riggers Loft:

  • R&B Cellars, specializing in Zinfandel, Cabernet, red blends, sparkling and whites
  • Carica Wines, making Sauvignon Blanc and Rhone variety red wines
  • Wachira Wines, international wine that celebrates Kenyan culture
  • Prima Materia, crafting Italian style wines that celebrate uncommon vines
  • Far West Cider Company, a four generation cidery, offers cider flights from a 100 year old apple farm

Enjoy wining and dining on the bayfront patio or in the spacious, light-filled Tasting Room – all with a casual, industrial-chic vibe. Sip samples of four different wines per flight ($12) or wine flight is waived if you buy a bottle for $35 or more. Knowledgeable staff is happy to help you select the perfect flight.

Note: All seating areas, both inside and out, are socially distant. Covid protocols in effect.

Wine, Cider, Music + Sunshine All Weekend!

It’s time to kick back on the patio at Riggers Loft Wine Co. and treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon and evening. Sip wine or cider and order tasty California cuisine from The Arlington.

Riggers Loft  is featuring local musicians and bands on weekends with a $5 cover charge. Space on the patio is limited, so please make a reservation [email protected] .

Here’s the lineup this weekend:

Fri, Apr 2, 4-7pm  – James Funk, guitarist and pop singer, mostly British pop from the 60s – 90s

Sat, Apr 3, 2-5pm – Thomas Molina & Yuppie Liberation Front, jazz, R&B, Soul, Funk & Latin music

Sun, Apr 4, 2-5pm – Dirty Cello, down home Blues, & stomping Bluegrass

Inside dining and wining is also available.   Just like they have done out on the patio, all tables will be socially distant with all the same careful COVID protocols. Please note, when seated inside the winery, you must keep your mask on. They ask that you take it off only to take a sip or a bite of food and then put your mask back on. La Santa Torta’s famous Birria Tacos are waiting for you, where you can now have your favorite beer on the patio or inside in the taproom . They are following all state and county mandates to prevent the spread of COVID-19. You can help them by wearing a mask and maintaining proper social distancing. With 26-foot tall ceilings and wide, floor-to-ceiling roll-up doors, their taproom offers a spacious place to enjoy a great beer with your family or social bubble. Riggers is pairing wine with music all weekend. Friday 3/19 Listen to the rock, blues, and country tunes of Norman Collins and the Tumblers 4-7pm and Saturday 3/20 Juke Joint’s 6-piece horn band will play classic Soul and R&B from 2-5pm. On Sunday 3/21 enjoy The Bonafides’ New Orleans jazz out on the Riggers Loft waterside patio. Riggers Loft hours: Thursdays & Fridays 4-7pm and Saturdays & Sundays 1-7pm. California & Mediterranean cuisine offered up by The Arlington Catering Co.
