Tickets are selling fast! Don’t miss the Bay Area’s funniest comedy show. They’re packing the house at Faction Brewing with seven headliners, one stage, plenty of brews and a whole lot of laughs! It all kicks off Friday, March 10 from 7-9pm.

Alameda Comedy Works, the hot local Stand Up Comedy Show, presents Laughs on Tap featuring the very best in local comics. And this time they have curated a lineup of hilarious performers that will leave you in stitches. These comedians have been featured on national television shows, comedy festivals, and radio stations. So, get ready to witness some of the very best stand-up comedy.

As we settle into the stormy weekend, you may need a place of refuge. Get out of the rain at Faction for some great views of the SF skyline. Faction Brewing’s beertenders invite you down to their taproom to experience the great vibe while you have a pint or two with your friends.

Their Taproom is located on the old Alameda Naval Air Station with unobstructed views (except when there’s a downpour) of the San Francisco skyline and Bay Bridge and they offer 20+ beers on draft. You can get full pours and their Flight of the Day. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase.

New Adventures in Brewing!

Raise a glass and cheers to new adventures at Faction! As part of SF Beer Week, join them to celebrate the release of their latest brews. Gather your friends and a pint and get ready for a taste explosion with every sip. Cheers to good times ahead! Here’s what they’ve dropped this week:

• Hop Soup. It’s back and just as hop packed as ever! This Imperial IPA is a hop explosion, packed with Citra, Comet, Ekuanot, Simcoe, Apollo, Altus, and Fuggle! [8.5%]
• Jugdish IPA. Say “Goodnight Jugdish” with this West Coast IPA hopped with Nelson and Strata [6.9%]
• Face the Strange. This is their non-hazy, ‘hazy’ Pale Ale hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Vic Secret [5.5%]
• B-17 Pils. A brand new Great Notion Brewing collaboration! A bright West Coast Pilsner hopped with Citra, Riwaka, Nelson and Freestyle hops new Motueka Hop Kief! [5.2%]
• Pushcart Pale. A brand new American Strong Pale brewed with their friends at Everywhere. This beer was hopped with old school Cascade and Comet hops from Segal Ranch and the new experimental hop HBC 586 Cryo. [6.2%]
• All five of these brews are available in the taproom, so head out for some new brew and that fantastic San Francisco view! And new artwork in the taproom created by the talented brewer Jesse!

Add some fresh flavors and choices to your fridge this week. 1970’s Lager and Pale 586 cans are now available at their online store, and available for pick up Wednesday-Sunday.

This industrial corn brewed 1970’s Lager (3.9%) is the perfect Summer sipper for these hot days – crisp and crushable!

Pal 586 is their West Coast Pale Ale hopped with HBC 586 cryo and pellets, an experimental hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company with massive, delicious notes of tropical fruit. (5.8%).
