Just what we needed! Bay St Emeryville is thrilled to welcome Flores Cocina & Bar as it opens its doors on Friday, November 3, in the beautifully renovated upstairs (old California Pizza Kitchen) space. It’s a fun and vibrant Mexican restaurant serving Mexican food and contemporary cocktails

What’s on the menu? You are in for a real treat with their traditional Mexican dishes and flavors, sourced from family recipes from The Gulf to The Pacific:

  • Pequenos – small dishes like Guacamole, Totopos and Ceviche Mixto Campechano.
  • Tacos – including Carnitas, Vegetarianos and Pescado.
  • Platos Fuertes – larger meals like Mole Negro Poblano, Enchiladas Rojas de Pollo and Chile Relenos.
  • And Ensaladas (salads)!
  • Cocktails: Tequila & Mezcal Flights, Flores’ Margaritas, Specialty Cocktails, Cerveza, Vino and non-alcoholic beverages like Agua Fresca.
  • Bonus: Flores uses fresh corn to make their tortillas.
  • And did you know Flores is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-Rated Restaurant?

In a hurry for lunch? They have you covered with their quick-service shop next door, Flores Taqueria, for salads, bowls, tacos, burritos and more. The Taqueria is now open daily from 11am – 9pm.
