Cassie Cushing, owner of Kaleidoscope Coffee at 109 Park Pl in Pt Richmond misses her community and is anxious to start serving all her customers again. But there is great news! You can now shop online for pints of Tara’s Ice Cream, Wrecking Ball Coffee and Metolius Artisan Chai Tea.  Orders must  be submitted by 12 noon on Thursdays and will be ready for curbside pickup on Fridays at Pop-Up Kaleidoscope Coffee between 4-6pm. Pop-ups will happen on Fridays until further notice.

Please observe the rules, as the sidewalk outside will be marked for 6’ social distancing. According to Cassie, “There will be a cash tip jar with all tips going to employees who are unable to work during these Covid times.” Help support Kaleidoscope and their baristas!

And while your shopping online for coffee you can also still help them bring pots of coffee twice a day to hospital workers with your donations starting at $3 ($30/pot). They keep track of how many ‘cups’ have been sold and turn them into pots of coffee.  “It’s been an amazing community endeavor, and we’ve been blown away by the responses, both from the community and from the hospital workers,” continues Cassie. “Thank you for helping us make this happen!” Keep an eye on their Facebook for more updates.
