Check out Chef Rudy’s menu for Tuesday, October 10. Fill your week with a bit of Tuscany!

Choose three ready-to-heat entrees, which includes your choice of one salad and focaccia.  Order by Friday 10/6 and pick it up on Tuesday 10/10 or have it delivered to you and you are set!

Menu for  October 10:

Salads

  1. Orto Salad – Organic mixed baby greens, carrots, radishes, olives, tomatoes and a side of balsamic vinaigrette
  2. Spinach Salad – Organic baby spinach, carrots, walnuts, caramelized red onions
  3. Cali-Italia Salad – Organic mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries and side of vinaigrette (vegan upon request)

Entrees

  1. Ravioli Carciofi – Artichoke Ravioli & Amatriciana Sauce (pork)
  2. Chiocciole alla Chiantigiana – Organic Pasta Shells, sauce with our house sausage & peppers. Garnish: parmigiano/black pepper
  3. Rigatoni al Gorgonzola – Pasta & gorgonzola cream sauce. Garnish: parmigiano/black pepper
  4. Pizza Capricciosa – Ham, Mushrooms, Olives, Artichokes*Vegetarian or Vegan on request
  5. Eggplant Parmigiana with mozzarella & our walnut basil pesto
  6. Risotto Saffron ‘Paella – (Saffron Rice with Chicken & Sausage)- Saffron/Onion/Peas & Carrots sauteed rice *Vegetarian or Vegan on request
  7. Herbed Chicken with Roasted Vegetables – a house favorite

Order by Friday, October 6, 5pm. Pickup or Delivery on Tuesday, October10 between 11am and 6pm. A tavola non s’invecchia mai – “At the table, we never grow old.”
