Join Trader Vic’s staff for an extravagant holiday meal on Sunday, April 9th at their Easter Buffet! Seating is available from 11am-5pm.

Start with Tidbits & Pupus or Poached Prawns & Cracked Dungeness Crab and other treasures from the sea at their Ocean Bar. Besides soups and salads, they’ll have Brunch Items including BBQ Salmon Cakes over Sourdough with Hollandaise & Chives. Mains include San Francisco Prawns with White Wine Garlic Cream Sauce topped with Brioche Croutons or Omani BBQ Jerk Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce, and more!

The Carving Station offerings sound tantalizing. Choose Bone-in Ham with Pineapple Brown Sugar, Pickled Mustard Seeds and Tom & Jerry Glaze. Or Prime Rib from the Chinese ovens with Bordelaise Sauce & Horseradish Crème Fraiche.
