At their recent Winemaker’s Dinner with @heitzcellar Chef Arnon paired the artisan cheese plate (with edible flowers) with Heitz Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon. He also paired the Cabernet Sauvignon with the Flourless Chocolate Cake (featured here) with Blood Orange Reduction and Anise whipped cream! Keep an eye out for their next winemaker’s dinner.
